A pipe hanger clamp is provided to save the manufacturing cost by installing a coupling unit between an anchor bolt fixed to a ceiling and a fixing band on which a pipe is mounted. A pipe hanger clamp comprises an anchor bolt(20) having one end buried in a ceiling. A coupling unit(30) has insertion holes(34a,34b) formed in upper and lower plates(31,32) bent by a thin steel plate so that the coupling unit is fixed to the anchor bolt. A fixing band(40) includes a bolt(45a) assembled through a bracket(43). A pipe(37) is mounted on the fixing band. The coupling screw is inserted into a fixing hole(36) formed in one side plate(33a) of the coupling unit. The insertion holes has locking protrusions(35a,35b) at opening portions thereof, respectively. The coupling unit supports the lower plate by a position adjustment nut(21) coupled with the anchor bolt in a state in which the coupling unit is mounted on the anchor bolt.
