摘要 A plasma display apparatus and a driving device thereof are provided to reduce an address termination period after a reset period by driving selectively plural scan electrodes which are divided into groups. A plasma display apparatus includes a plasma display panel(100) and drivers(300,400,500). The drivers include a capacitor and a third transistor. A first end of the capacitor is connected to first transistors of selection circuits of first and second groups of the drivers and a second end thereof is connected to second transistors of selection circuits of the first and second groups of the drivers. The capacitor is charged by a first voltage which is difference between scan and non scan voltages applied to the scan electrodes during an address period. The third transistor is connected between a first voltage source for supplying a second voltage and the second end of the capacitor. A first reset waveform is applied to the scan electrodes of the first group through the first voltage source, the third transistor, the capacitor, and the first transistor during a first reset period. A second reset waveform is applied to the scan electrodes of the second group through the first voltage source, the third transistor, and the second transistor during a first reset period. A voltage of scan electrodes of the first group is increased to a voltage of the first and second voltages and a voltage of scan electrodes of the second is increased to the second voltage during the reset period.
