A high voltage transformer is provided to facilitate manufacture of a high frequency/high voltage/multi-output power supply with one transformer by inducing high secondary voltage to a secondary side with a small winding number of a secondary winding. A high voltage transformer includes a magnetic coupling core, a plurality of primary side windings(2a~2n), and a secondary side winding(22). The magnetic coupling core has a plurality of primary cores(1a~1n) and one secondary core(21). The primary cores have the same cross section and length. The secondary core has the same length as the primary cores. Center axes of the primary cores are parallel spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance and parallel spaced apart from a center axis of the secondary core by the same distance so that both ends of the primary cores are parallel connected to both ends of the secondary core through magnetic paths. The primary side windings are wound around the primary cores respectively. The secondary side winding is wound around the secondary core.
