A cart for heavy weight is provided to move on an uneven path by rotating wheels formed inside a body thereof using a rotary unit such as a torque wrench. A cart for heavy weight includes a body(10), a rotary plate(30), a gear(50), and a handle(70). The rotary plate is rotatably fixed with a shaft on the body, receives and supports the heavy weight, and includes an insertion groove and slit grooves. A jack bolt is inserted in the insertion groove and is fixed on a lower part of the heavy weight. The slit grooves are formed at regular intervals around the insertion groove. A protrusion is inserted in the slit groove and receives a pad which is separably coupled to the jack bolt. The gear is installed on a side of the body and is shaft-coupled to wheels embedded inside the body. The handle is installed on a front or rear part of the body and rotates up and down.
