SYSTEM FOR CUTTING OFF AND ELIMINATING THE WORM VIRUS AUTOMATICALLY

A system for blocking and eliminating viruses automatically is provided to eliminate a mail transferred to a receiver before the receiver opens the mail when the mail is infected by a worm virus, and send a warning mail and a vaccine automatically to the infected receiver by establishing a worm virus blocking policy for the sending mail with a mail sender plug-in installed in a sender PC. A mail sender plug-in encrypts a mail sent from a mail sender(100), and includes a worm virus blocking policy and an auto-run code for automatically executing the policy in the encrypted mail. A worm virus diagnostic(205) checks whether the mail is infected by the worm virus by comparing mail pattern data of the received mail with worm virus pattern data received from a vaccine provider(130). A policy executor(200) enables a mail receiver(110) to execute the worm virus blocking policy if the mail is infected by the worm virus, and provides a decryption key to the main receiver client when the mail receiver accesses the mail if not. The mail receiver plug-in receives a command for executing the worm virus blocking policy or the decryption key from the policy executor by executing the auto-run code included in the received mail before a worm virus code when the mail receiver accesses the mail.
