A plasma display apparatus and a driving device thereof are provided to prevent voltage drop while a current is passed through a transistor by removing the transistor on a current path. A plasma display apparatus includes electrodes, first, second, and third transistors, a capacitor(Cer), and a first path. One end of the first transistor is connected to the electrodes. The second transistor is connected between a second end of the first transistor and a first voltage source for supplying a first voltage. The third transistor is connected between the first end of the first transistor and a second voltage source for supplying a second voltage lower than the first voltage, and turned on during an address period. The capacitor connected to a second end of the first transistor is charged by a third voltage higher than the first voltage. The first path connected between the capacitor and the first end of the first transistor increases voltages of the electrodes after turning on of the second transistor during a sustain period.
