A heat exchanging coil and an air conditioner are provided to discharge a great amount of condensate without enlarging an opening of an intermediate slit unit by increasing flow of the condensate forcedly at an intermediate side port discharge unit. A heat exchanging coil comprises a heat transferring tube group(1), a plurality of divided fin groups(2), a frame(3), a fin gap adjusting unit(7), a cutoff unit(8), an intermediate slit unit(10), a ventilation outlet silt unit(11), an intermediate side port discharge unit(12), a ventilation output side port discharge unit(13), and a weir unit(14). The fin group inserting the heat transferring tube group is divided in the air flow direction. The cutoff unit is formed at plate fins of the each divided fin group to prevent a condensate from being flowed to lower part of the ventilating direction. The intermediate side port discharge unit is formed at the bottom of the frame and inclined toward the intermediate slit unit from the upper part of the ventilating direction.
