A smoke protection structure of an elevator is provided to prevent smoke from coming into the elevator and to allow people waiting to ride the elevator to breathe fresh air for extending waiting time in case of emergency. A smoke protection structure of an elevator includes an air supply blower(1) and a constant pressure damper. The air supply blower starts to operate when a fire occurs in a building, brings external fresh air into a machine room(A), and supplies the fresh air up to an elevator passage through a main wire passage(B). The constant pressure damper is installed on an elevator door and pushes the fresh air outside the elevator door for allowing people waiting to ride the elevator in order to breath the fresh air.
