A condenser case of an overhead air conditioner for a bus is provided to prevent a leakage of refrigerant by separately installing a fan shroud and a condenser and reducing vibration using a damper and insulator. A condenser case(210) of an overhead air conditioner for a bus comprises a fan shroud(220), a condenser(200), a condenser fan(230), a drive motor(240), first and second settling units(211,212). The condenser fan and the drive motor are located in the fan shroud. The fan shroud and the condenser are separately installed and the condenser is installed at a lower part of the fan shroud. The first and the second settling units are formed in the condenser case to allow the fan shroud and the condenser to be installed on.
