FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of ceramic materials, mainly to compositions of masses for brick production. Ceramic mass for brick production includes medium-plastic, easily-melted clay and wastes of procession of hard salt aluminium-containing slags, which contain in weight %: Al - 3-4; Al2O3 - 7-8; NaCl - 3-4; KCl - 1-2; Na2CO3 - 18-19; (NH4)2CO3 - 12-13; H2O - 0,9-1,0; SiO2 - 44-45; CaCO3 - 2-3; MgCO3 - 0,9-1,0, with the following ratio of components, weight %: medium-plastic easily-melted clay 85-95; mentioned wastes - 5-15. ^ EFFECT: reduction of ceramic mass density. ^ 2 tbl |
