FIELD: food-processing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fat-and-oil industry. The method includes moisture removal from soap stocks by sedimentation to the two layers: fatty one and emulsion one with further reagentless flotation of the emulsion layer and removal of the emerged fat mass by a skimming device and transfer of the floated emulsion layer to the ultrafiltration membrane with the pore size of 300-500 A with further transfer of the fat mass from the skimming device and concentrated by the membrane emulsion layer to the previously extracted fatty layer with obtaining of soap stock concentrate. ^ EFFECT: improvement of the technology of the reagentless concentration of soap stocks, increase of productivity of the membrane device and soap stock concentration. ^ 1 tbl
