FIELD: chemistry, genetics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of genetic engineering and can be used for obtaining human interleukin-13 (IL-13). On the basis of plasmid pTrcTEGF and optimised for bacterial expression cDNA encoding a mature form of human interleukin-13 a recombinant plasmid DNA pTrcTREN-IL13 is constructed. This plasmid DNA provides biosynthesis of polypeptide with properties of human interleukin-13 in cells of E.coli.
