COX-2 inhibitor can be 5-methyl-2-(2'-chlor-6'-fluoranilino)phenylacetic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The combination can be applied in treatment of precancerous colon lesions or colon cancer as well as other malignant diseases.
