FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for squeezing of tubular billet ends in necks of pressure vessel is related to the field of machine-building. Squeezing device with heating of tubular billet ends in necks of pressure vessel contains source of axial force, heater and matrix equipped with mandrel. Matrix is fixed in bath of boiling substance with boiling temperature that corresponds to superplasticity of tubular billet material. Bath is equipped with ultrasonic generator. Matrix heat exchanger in close proximity to the mirror surface of boiling substance vertically bases tubular billet, which interacts with source of axial force. ^ EFFECT: provision of increase of quality of material structure that is squeezed into pressure vessel necks. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex |
