FIELD: soft wares, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns manufacturing nonwoven filter fabric for cleaning spinning in producing of polyacrylonitrile fibers. Method of manufacturing of filter fabric, when it is formed nonwoven web from mixture of polyester and polypropylene fibers at ratio 20:80 mass %, it is subjected to needling, then it is compressed by hot air till bulk density 0.1250.153 g/cm3 with further heat processing under pressure from one side. Current method allows receiving effective filter fiber for outfitting of filter-press facility for manufacturing polyacrylonitrile fibers. ^ EFFECT: receiving effective filter fiber for outfitting of filter-press facility for manufacturing polyacrylonitrile fibers with degree of filtration 1520 mcm, with nominal contaminations screening density not less than 90%. ^ 2 dwg |
