FIELD: soft wares, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns fabric for manufacturing paper or drying fabric for usage in papermaking machine drying section. Fabric contains the first and the second layers which are transverse to direction of fiber input (transverse fibers) and many of interweaved with them each are in the same direction with fiber input (longitudinal fibers), grouped, and every has first, two of second and three of third longitudinal fibers. The first longitudinal fiber is joined two transverse fibers of the first layer and with two second with two transverse fibers of the second layer. Second longitudinal fibers are tied only with one transverse fiber of the first layer and pass with groove formation leastwise over 2 consistent transverse fibers of the second layer. Third longitudinal fibers are tied only with one transverse fiber of the first layer and pass with groove formation leastwise over 2 consistent transverse fibers of the second layer. Second longitudinal fibers are offset relative to third longitudinal fibers in direction, which is parallel to longitudinal fibers. The first longitudinal fiber is between two of second longitudinal fibers, which are located between third longitudinal fiber, with formation of continuous air channel. ^ EFFECT: fabric manufacturing which has empty volume for air removing, carried along into compression wedge, without it passing through fabric. ^ 22 cl, 9 dwg |
