The said shaft central part is provided with a collar bearing against the casing ledge. The fastening element thrusts against the shaft collar. The shaft section wherein the rotary disk is fitted accommodates squares. The shaft section behind the lower square and between the squares features a diameter inscribed in the squares sides.
