FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to food-canning industry. Canned food are produced by pork kidney cutting and frying, eschalot shredding and frying in small amount of melted fat, garlic milling and frying in small amount of melted fat, green onion cutting and freezing and the above ingredients mixing up with table salt and white pepper without oxygen access. Dry white wine and cream are then added. Mixture is packed, sealed and sterilised. New type of canned food with high digestibility properties as compared to similar cookery dish is produced. ^ EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility properties. |
