FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to by-products canned food production for space feeding. Canned food is made by pork kidney cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing. Edible boletuses are shredded, blanched and frozen. Runner beans and greens are also shredded. The above ingredients are mixed up with wheat flour, sour cream, drinking water, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of the given micro mycete type and black pepper.
