PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse heat power supply which has good follow-up property to a set temperature profile. SOLUTION: The pulse heat power supply is used for soldering by controlling temperature with a PID control means using the set temperature profile as a target value. Proper PID control constants are used in each process by changing over the PID control constants with time for setting a temperature raise process and a temperature keeping process of the temperature profile.
