PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an insulated DC-DC converter applicable to high input voltage in which the number of high voltage and high capacity components is decreased and switching loss is reduced. SOLUTION: The insulated DC-DC converter 10 comprises a coupling inductor 16, a rectifier circuit 18, switching elements 22a-22d connected as two pairs in series across a primary inductor 16e, and four primary inductors 16a-16d provided in correspondence with the switching elements 22a-22d, respectively. The insulated DC-DC converter 10 further comprises a snubber circuit consisting of series connection of snubber capacitors 34a-34d and snubber diodes 32a-32d and connected in parallel with the switching elements 22a-22d, and auxiliary diodes 36a-36d connected with the joint of the snubber capacitors 34a-34d and snubber diodes 32a-32d.
