PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp high in water resistance. SOLUTION: This has the lamp main body 10 and a pair of base parts 20 installed at the outer peripheral face of both end parts of the length direction of this lamp main body 10 toward a direction orthogonal to the length direction. The both end faces of the length direction of the lamp main body 10 are covered and coated by a first silicone caulking material 31.
