摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method, analysis apparatus and analysis program which can perform thermal analysis in consideration of an error by element division even when an unknown quantity is included. SOLUTION: An element dividing part 14 of an orthogonal lattice design method creates an approximate model by dividing an analysis object input into a finite number of elements based on an orthogonal grid method. A computing and setting part 15 of a corrected heat transfer coefficient sets a heat transfer coefficient on a surface of the approximation model. When the approximation model or initial temperature or thermal source condition of its circumference is set by an analysis condition input part 13, a temperature change calculation part 16 of an analysis area computes the temperature change of the approximation model when a predetermined time has passed based on the approximation model, the heat transfer coefficient, the initial temperature and the thermal source conditions. The computing and setting part 15 of a corrected heat transfer coefficient corrects the heat transfer coefficient based on a ratio of a surface area of the analysis object before element breakdown with a surface area of the corresponding approximation model.
