PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal television and a liquid crystal panel fixation structure of which production cost can be reduced by improving heat discharge efficiency at an upper end and a lower end of a liquid crystal module and reducing the amount of used sheet metal. SOLUTION: Right-left widths of upper and lower panel holders 15 and 16 are 1/2 to 1/3 time as large as the right-left width of the liquid crystal module 12, drawing is carried out to crush the corner between a fin portion 15c and a surface 15a, and drawing is performed to crush the corner between a fin portion 16c and a surface 16c; and steps 15h and 15i are drawn from a surface 15b to drawn surfaces 15d and 15e to be recessed continuously into planes in the steps, steps 16h and 16i are drawn from a surface 16b to drawn surfaces 16 d and 16e to be recessed continuously into planes in the steps. Cut and raised portions 15k and 15g clamp a rear end portion of a foldback portion 13e to position the upper panel holder 15, and cut and raised portions 16k and 16l clamp a rear end portion of a foldback portion 13b to position the lower panel holder 16.
