PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens which restrains degradation of performance due to decentering misalignment and inclination of the lens while decreasing the number of lenses for which it is necessary to provide a lens holding mechanism. SOLUTION: The imaging lens 1a is equipped with a lens group 16a arranged on a subject side and having positive refractive power, and a third lens 13a directly or indirectly formed on the subject-side surface of an imaging device 15 and having curved surface shape.
