PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure which can be made thin and compact, while maintaining the connection reliability of a flexible wiring board, or the like. SOLUTION: The connecting structure comprises a rigid printed wiring board 10 on which wiring 12 is formed, a flexible printed wiring board 20 on which wiring 22 is formed, an anisotropic conductive sheet 30 having a through electrode 36, a guide member 25, a press member 27, and a frame member 15 coupled with the rigid board 10. The guide member 25 is inserted into the frame member 15, in order to guide the flexible printed wiring board 20 and the engaging portions 15a and 27a engage to assemble the connection structure. Consequently, the wiring 12 and the wiring 22 are brought into a conducting state via the through electrode 36 of the anisotropic conductive sheet 30 which is an elastic body.
