PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly detect a constitution and a method capable of regulating stable sliding torque by a method except for constituting sliding force by using a friction coefficient of a construction material itself, and constituting a sliding mechanism by using electromagnetic force by using a magnet. SOLUTION: A driving member and a driven member of using the rotational center in common, are oppositely engaged, and viscous grease is applied to or filled in an oppositely engaged clearance. Thus, a directly contacting part of mutual materials is reduced, and is hardly abraded. An adjustment of the sliding force can be easily made by using viscosity of the applying or filling grease.
