PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary operation tool of an adjustment leg, which easily and accurately engages a rachet mechanism with a gear without being affected by an arrangement form of the adjustment leg, and simply and accurately adjusting a horizontal level of equipment by shaking and rotating a head part. SOLUTION: This rotary operation tool is constituted of: the head part 6 having the rachet mechanism 5 engaged/disengaged with/from the gear 4 provided around a screw shaft part 3 of the adjustment leg 2 of the equipment 1 at a distal end part; a neck part 7 connected to a base end part of the head part 6; and a shank part 9 having a distal end part connected to the base end part of the neck part 7 by a pivotal shaft 8. The rotary operation tool adjusts a horizontal level of the equipment 1 by engaging the rachet mechanism 5 to the gear 4 by rotating and displacing the neck part 7 in relation to the shank part 9 with the pivotal shaft 8 as a center, corresponding to an obstacle around the adjustment leg 2, and shaking the neck part 7 and the head part 6 by pushing and pulling the shank part 9 in a major axis direction.
