PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material for brazing which maintains the brazing property and high corrosion resistance demanded for a brazing material and is excellent in workability, and a brazed product using the same. SOLUTION: The composite material for brazing is arranged between members to be subjected to brazing and used for performing brazing. As the brazing material part, the composite material has an Ni-Cr layer 1 composed of nickel chromium as a principal component and an Si layer 2 composed of silicon or a silicon alloy and is formed by disposing the Si layer 2 between the layers of the two Ni-Cr layers 1, 1.
