<p>A call forwarding method and a communication system are provided, the call forwarding method includes the following steps: source CTI platform forwards the call of the user terminal accepted by source phone resource device to the target phone resource device according to the call suspending-forwarding request of the source phone resource device, and sets the state of the source phone resource device to be suspended according to the response message provided by the target phone resource device that the call is accepted; on receiving the call releasing notification sent by the target CTI platform on the base of the finish of the call by the target phone resource device, setting the state of the source phone resource device to be active according to the call releasing notification, and forwarding the call of the user terminal back to the source phone resource device. The embodiments of the present invention can reduce the degree of coupling of the platform and the service side in the service of call forwarding, thus improve the reliability of the system.</p> |
