An improved device for developing blood vessels of a male organ. According to the first aspect, the device comprises a first cylinder having an open end and a closed end with a canopy protruding from the surface of the first cylinder at the closed end. The canopy provides the required space for an erected male organ. A second aspect is a pump operatively associated with the first cylinder, the pump comprises a piston within a a second cylinder having a saw-tooth like structure; a handle pivotally coupled to the second cylinder, the handle being associated to a cog-wheel that is responsively adjusted to the saw-teeth like structure. A third aspect is an adapter configured to be positioned at the open end of the first cylinder, the adaptor comprises a plurality of concentric cylinders, each configured to be sealably attached to each other.
