System in which definitive cementation is achieved by means of a cap 3 and the post 2 of the implant 1, said cap being provided with a threaded upper orifice 6 opposite the shaft 7 of the prosthesis 5, in such a manner that, via said shaft, a tool is inserted whose threaded lower end screws into the upper orifice of the cap and by means of the rotation of said tool the cap 3 supporting the prosthesis and the post 2 of the implant are separated. The separation force is localized on the upper part of the post 2, and does not affect the implant 1. The prosthesis may be reused. <IMAGE>
