<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of wrist watches having technical guarantee which can conduct information transmission with each other and are made to correspond uniquely. <P>SOLUTION: A wrist watch 1a turns on LEDs 2e1 to 2e3, according to operations performed to switches 2c1 to 2c, moreover generates control data, adds a recognition number of itself to this data and encrypts them as transmission data values and transmits transmission data by radio. A wrist watch 1b decodes the transmission data and confirms the recognition number contained in this data, confirms to be the transmission data from the wrist watch 1a which becomes a pair to itself, and turns on the LEDs 2e1 to 2e3, in accordance with the control data contained in the transmission data.
