PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas spring of shortly constituted in the total length, sufficiently providing the spring action by bellows, in the gas spring having the bellows. SOLUTION: A metallic bellows cylinder body and a cylinder are coaxially superposedly arranged inside an outer cylinder. A rod is slidingly arranged in the cylinder. A bellows inner chamber partitioned by the inside of the bellows cylinder body and the outside of the cylinder, is formed as a gas chamber. A bellows outer chamber is communicated with a cylinder chamber. The gas spring is constituted with the bellows outer chamber and the cylinder chamber as an oil chamber.
