<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to secure a spacious seating space of an occupant sitting in a back seat since a whole vehicular seat moves backward. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular seat has a backrest seat 2 and a seating seat 3. The seating seat 3 is formed in such a seat shape that lower parts of occupant's thighs are higher than its buttocks, and installed to freely move forward and backward with respect to a fixed frame 21 mounted an a vehicle body side.
