PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar device that makes it possible to easily connect a bus bar and an end of a coil and suppress the interference of an end of a coil with components disposed nearby. SOLUTION: The bus bar device 21 includes: a plurality of bus bars 36 to 39 each having a bus bar body 51 bent in the direction of length and a connecting portion 52 radially protruded from one end of the bus bar body 51 in the direction of the short side; and a bus bar holder 22 housing the busbar bodies 51. The bus bar holder 22 has multiple housing grooves 47 concentrically formed. The housing grooves respectively house the bus bar bodies 51 so that the direction of the short side of each bus bar body 51 agrees with the direction of the depth thereof and the bus bar bodies 51 are concentrically arranged. In addition, the bus bar holder 22 has a plurality of guide holes 45. The guide holes penetrate the bus bar holder 22 and guide the ends 16 of coils U2, U3 to the connecting portions 52 of the bus bars 36 to 39 whose bus bar bodies 51 are respectively housed in the housing grooves 47.
