PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of stabilizing a reference voltage supplied from outside. SOLUTION: A switch 51, a switch 52 and a switch 53 are controlled to be off during operation stoppage of a signal processing circuit in the photoelectric conversion device, and a current route for applying a reference voltage VREF of the signal processing circuit from a terminal to ground through an amplifier is shut down. Accordingly, current does not flow into the terminal to be applied with the reference voltage VREF, during operation stoppage of signal processing circuit of photoelectric conversion device.
