PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide modeling environment for efficiently forming a model having an adaptable value. SOLUTION: When a specified model M having an adaptable value is registered in a model library 10, a verifying model M' having: an input means for inputting calculating conditions into the specified model; and a comparing means for comparing a result of output to the input calculating conditions with a test result of the same conditions to make the adaptable value for the specified model adequate, is registered in correlation to the specified model and a combination of calculating condition items, and result items is registered in a database 20 in correlation to the specified model. When test is performed, data corresponding to the condition items and the result items is registered in the database. When the specified model is verified, the specified model is taken out of the model library and the verifying model in correlation to the specified model is also taken out.
