PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment having a stretchable rib knit part for at least either one of the collar, sleeve openings, bottom, and the waistline thereof, and the combination thereof, and to provide a technique for producing the garment and enabling the garment to be uniquely designed. SOLUTION: The garment is obtained through sticking structural parts obtained by cutting a rib knit cloth against a cutting pattern of the rib knit parts of the garment to a printing table in an extended condition when sewn up, printing a pigment-containing printing paste on the structural parts, subjecting the structural parts to heat printing with high-temperature or high-pressure steam, washing the structural parts, and sewing up the structural parts to prescribed portions.
