PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based skin cleansing agent reducing stimulation to the skin, while having excellent detergency, and further reducing oily feeling after cleansing. SOLUTION: The cleansing agent comprises (a) an anionic surfactant which is solid at 25°C and (b) an oil-based component which is liquid at 25°C. In the cleansing agent, the component (a) is dispersed as particles in the component (b) and the component (a) is one or more species selected from N-acylamino acid salts, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether carboxylic acid salts and N-acylglutamic acid salts.
