PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of improving a deforming in a water tank, and reducing the defect in the operation of a pump while minimizing a water supply amount. SOLUTION: The drainage apparatus comprises: a water tank 3 having a bottom face part 11 and side wall parts 12, and in which the upper end part 13 is opened; and a pump 2 sucking a frothy liquid from the outside by surrounding a liquid in the water tank, and draining a mixed liquid with the frothy liquid into the water tank, wherein, in a part of the side wall parts of the water tank, a defoaming part 12a tilted so as to be made lower than the other side wall parts is formed, and water is continuously supplied into the water tank, and a foam part 14 floating at the upper layer part of the liquid in the water tank is exhausted via the foam drainage part.
