PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for dissolving milk substitute which can give an optimal dissolution state to always stably produce ae milk substitute having a uniform quality, regardless of the kind, or the like, of the milk substitute. SOLUTION: This milk substitute-dissolving apparatus includes a water-boiling tank for storing and boiling water in an amount needed for dissolving the milk substitute with a heater, a milk substitute tank for temporarily storing the milk substitute, and a dissolution tank for stirring and dissolving the hot water supplied from the water-boiling tank and the milk substitute supplied from the milk substitute tank, and a controller for controlling the tanks, wherein the controller controls a milk substitute-constant supplying mechanism, disposed in between the milk substitute tank and the dissolution tank and can control the volume of hot water supplied from the water-boiling tank to the dissolution tank.
