Personal network, being associated with a user, the personal network comprising a plurality of personal devices associated with the user, wherein the personal devices are configured to be interconnected with each other via one or more communication connections, to allow datacommunication there-between; and at least one personal network control unit and/or service configured to control access to the personal network, wherein the control unit and/or service is operable to be in at least a first mode to allow access of all of the personal devices to the personal network, and a second mode to restrict the access of at least one of the personal devices to the personal network. Also, there is provided a method to secure a personal network of a user.
