The invention relates to a power plant (2, 4) comprising a number of power plant components which are connected to a power supply system (1). An actuator is assigned to each of said power plant components so as to adjust a component-specific power output to the power supply system (1). The inventive power plant (2, 4) can achieve particularly great operational stability against the formation of frequency oscillations in case network islands are created.
