Use of polyalkylene oxide derivative (I) for enhancing the penetration of fungicidal agents into plants. Use of polyalkylene oxide derivative (I) of formula (R 1>-(CO) a-(O) c-A-(CO) b-R 2>) for enhancing the penetration of fungicidal agents into plants. R 1>, R 2>hydrocarbon such as 8-30C alkyl, 8-30C alkenyl or 8-30C alkynyl group; a, b, c : 0-1; and A : alkylene oxide groups. Independent claims are included for: (1) method for enhancing the penetration of fungicidal agents into plants comprising administration of fungicidal active agent simultaneously or sequentially in combination with (I) to the plant; (2) a plant protection product comprising agrochemical active ingredients such as fungicides and (I); and (3) a method to combat harmful microorganisms comprising administration of one or more agrochemical active agents such as fungicides and (I) on the harmful microorganisms or their habitat.
