摘要 A pressure booster is provided to move a piston inside a cylinder tube by maintaining evenly contacting state between the piston and the cylinder tube with minimizing sliding resistance between the piston and the cylinder tube. A pressure booster includes a cylinder unit(16), a center unit(20), and an off-set remover(22). The cylinder unit includes a pair of cylinder tubes(12a,12b), a pair of pistons(14a,14b), and a piston rod(26). The cylinder tubes have cylinder chambers(28a,28b). The cylinder chambers are provided with hydraulic fluid for movement of the piston in the cylinder tube. The pistons move inside the cylinder tubes. The piston rod is connected to both sides of the pistons. The center unit is arranged between the cylinder tubes and has a converter. The converter converts connections between a fluid supply port(72), a fluid exhaust port(74), and the cylinder chambers. The off-set remover is arranged between the pistons and the piston rod and removes off-set generated between axes of the pistons and an axis of the piston rod.
