FLAKE NANOCARBON MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND FLAKE NANOCARBON MATERIAL COMPOSITE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE USING THE SAMECOMPOSITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new flake nanocarbon material having a high crystallinity and a large surface area and also a high evenness, to provide its manufacturing method, to provide a flake nanocarbon material composite body having the flake nanocarbon material having the high crystallinity and the large surface area and also the high evenness and to provide an electronic device having a high reliability using the flake nanocarbon material.

SOLUTION: The flake nanocarbon material 12 is composed of a carbon containing at least a graphite component and has a flake structure. The flake nanocarbon material composed of the carbon containing the graphite component and having the flake structure is synthesized on a substrate 11 by heating the substrate in a range of ≥950°C and ≤1,200°C in an organic liquid.
