摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new flake nanocarbon material having a high crystallinity and a large surface area and also a high evenness, to provide its manufacturing method, to provide a flake nanocarbon material composite body having the flake nanocarbon material having the high crystallinity and the large surface area and also the high evenness and to provide an electronic device having a high reliability using the flake nanocarbon material. <P>SOLUTION: The flake nanocarbon material 12 is composed of a carbon containing at least a graphite component and has a flake structure.
