<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting the temperature in a continuous-type heating furnace for successfully heating a metallic material at a low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for adjusting the temperature in the continuous-type heating furnace, in which a zone temperature is adjusted by adjusting the combustion of regenerating type burners 19 having means of a primary combustion injecting mixed gas mixing fuel and air for combustion in the inner part of the burner with an injecting device 28 into the furnace and a secondary combustion naturally injected by separately injecting the fuel and the air for combustion into the furnace, when a relation of a prescribed temperature T1 < a prescribed temperature T2 is satisfied, the temperature adjusting method for continuous-type heating furnace is performed as the followings, that is, in the case of the temperature in the zone at the prescribed temperature T1 or lower, the primary combustion is continuously performed and in the case of the temperature in the zone at higher than the prescribed temperature T1 and lower than the prescribed temperature T2, the primary combustion is alternately performed and in the case of the temperature in the zone at the prescribed temperature T2 or higher, the secondary combustion is alternately performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
