VIDEO DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR, PROGRAM AND STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video distribution system securing high safety after generation of tailgating.

SOLUTION: This video distribution system has: an imaging device 101 photographing and recording a specific position; and an image processor 202 converting a video photographed by the imaging device 101 into an image allowing counting of the number of peoples passing the specific position by image processing to count the number of the passage persons. The video distribution system has: a comparison decision device 205 comparing the number of the counted persons processed by the image processor 202 and the number of the persons authenticated with the passage of the specific position; and a video distribution device 206 distributing the video photographed by the imaging device 101 based on an authentication identifier. The video distribution system has a communication device 210 sending the video from the imaging device 101 to a video distribution destination inside a network when it is decided that the number of the authenticated persons and the number of the counted persons differ by the comparison decision device 205.
