<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic registration bond transfer controller capable of conducting efficiently a content inquiry and confirmation of an electronic registration bond registered in a registration original register of a control institute 50, and effective as a bill alternate means. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic registration bond transfer controller (electronic registration bond discount control server 2) is constituted of a control database 21 stored with an itemized account and a discount condition of the electronic registration bond held by an alienor of desiring bill-discount-like transaction, acquired via the second communication network (LAN 6) from a registration terminal 4, and a registration original register inquiry determination part 20 for issuing an inquiry to the registration original register 10 of the electronic registration bond transfer controller 1 via the first communication network (WAN 5), based on the itemized account of the electronic registration bond stored in the control database 21, for receiving a result of the inquiry from the electronic registration bond transfer controller 1, and for determining the completion of the registration of bond transfer in the original register 10 by the alienor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
